In the anniversary year of the twin cities Osaka and Hamburg the writer Matthias Politycki spent 36 days in Osaka. The resulting book of this stay, "Asahi Blues", will be launched at the Goethe Institute in Osaka on October 30. I am very pleased to be able to contribute some pictures of Matthias to this premiere.
